I'm BACK!
the reason i haven't updated yet, is because the doctor found some lumps in my mother's neck and stomach that could be cancerous.... well shit right?
So I've had to take care of my younger sister and get her out of the house and stuff while my mother goes to doctors appointments and stuff. She's going to get one of her lymphnode lumps taken out tomorrow... so i'm going to drive her there and take a video after she comes out of the 'funny' medicine ^-^

Whoo~ Chapter 2!
Onward my fellow adventurers!

Your legs were beginning to hurt, but you couldn't sit down in your box like prison. Just the thought of sitting down made them ache worse!
You had been in your box for quite some time now and you began to see things.
Things that didn't make any logical sense.
Things that only happened in movies and video games.
Statues that moved and waved their arms around. Pictures that had the top half of a woman crawling out of the frame and on the floor. Mannequin heads would sometimes appear if you looked away
Hellow guys~ This is my first fanfiction on deviantart, so please no hate!
This is about what would have happened if you were in Ib.

It was dark.
So very dark......
"Open your eyes~" rang out through your head.
'Eyes? My.... eyes.... oh right.' You opened them and found yourself stuck in some box like prison, it was transparent and you could see through to a room. You looked down. There were pebbles all around your feet. You turned around and found yourself face to face with a giant cobble stone wall.
'Only one way out, I guess...' you though

Spring 01 - Chapter 10: In the Dark
The warmer weather was well received as Jef, Guy and Grace walked around the city park. The brick road running around the park square, and along the edges of the many small shops and kiosks, was dense with people as Valentine's Day weekend was greeted by an early spring fair. Guy couldn't recall how long it had taken them to get from one end of one block to the other end of the same block, as Grace constantly stopped and looked at everything which fascinated her. There were many, many fascinating things. Fortunately, Guy purchased for himself and his sister, a strawberry funnel cake, of which he only had

Spring 01 - Chapter 09: The Happiest Day
Jef could feel a dull pain growing at the back of his head. All the while, he could hear the sound of a distant voice calling to him through the blackness, which was all he could see. He groaned when he opened his eyes and was greeted with a vibrant white light. Jef cringed as he brought his hand to the side of his head before rubbing his eyes slowly. He felt another hand gently take hold of his, and without even thinking or opening his eyes fully, he interlaced his fingers with that of the other hand, recognizing how it felt and how warm his heart became while holding it. Slowly, his eyes began to op

Spring 01 - Chapter 08: That's Enough
"Thanks for getting me these clothes," James said. He straightened out the collar of the crisp, green, buttoned down shirt before adjusting the black blazer he wore over it. Just going through this process compelled James to make adjustments to how the new slacks fit against his waist.
"Don't worry about it," Guy said. That afternoon, he and James were waiting inside a hallway of the administration building of the academy campus. The hallway where they stood was wide, the floor marble, and the walls painted the color of coffee and cream with regal red borders running along the bottom. Before them stood

Spring 01 - Chapter 07: The Architect of the Future
On the early evening of the Architect of the Future Gala, Jef sat at the nook of the bay window in the parlor. He looked out the window, watching how the sunset changed the neighborhood. With the narrow street and the shadow cast by their row of densely arranged houses, it seemed darker outside than it actually was. Rachel came walking down the staircase quietly and she kept that volume as she made her way over to Jef. He must have been truly absorbed by whatever it was he was thinking at that moment, for Rachel saw that he hadn't noticed her presence, something which didn't happen often. S

Spring 01 - Chapter 06: Moving In
Guy opened the front door of his house with a simple swing when he heard the sound of the doorbell ring that morning, and outside James was standing straight with a backpack strapped to his back, his messenger bag slung on his shoulder, and the handle of a large rolling luggage in his hand.
"Come on in," Guy smiled, moving himself out of the doorway so that James could walk passed him.
"Thanks," James began. "The outside of your house is really nice. I honestly wasn't sure what –," James took a step into the house and looked around blankly, " – to expect." From where he stood, just beyond the t

Spring 01 – Chapter 05: Lies
"We're nearly finished," Charlotte said aloud, but Rachel was distracted by the sound of a helicopter flying over the city as she and Charlotte helped each other in pulling packaging tape over the folding flaps of moving boxes. She gazed out the window of her bedroom still as Charlotte continued to speak. "I'm going to miss this place."
"Yeah, well," Rachel mumbled, "we must have figured we'd move out eventually."
"I guess," Charlotte responded with a chuckle. "Are you going to be okay moving back in with your parents? I mean, Marcus and I were talking and you can always move in with us. His roommate is m

Spring 01 – Chapter 04: Luck
"So," James began, "what's your name?" He and the stranger found themselves walking leisurely back to the barber shop where James was employed, after departing from the transit center a few blocks down. By this time, James' shift had been over for nearly thirty minutes, and all he wanted to do up until he returned to that place was distract himself from the inevitable event of being fired from that job.
"My name?" the young man made sure he heard correctly.
"Yeah," James confirmed. "My name is James."
"I thought it was Jef," the stranger said, notably confused.
“I noticed that,” James commen

Spring 01 – Chapter 03: Distractions
Jef, with a gentle smile on his face, ran his fingers through Guy's hair after he had wet them at the kitchen sink. He thought about how so many insignificant things had lead him to where he was, standing in that kitchen, and how everything could have been different if any of that had changed. This incredible outcome, however, was not enough to distract him from what was happening that day. His friend was going on a date for the first time in the five years that they had known each other.
Jef reached behind himself, grabbing the mirror he had placed on the kitchen counter, and handed it to Guy. "Wh
